JEE Main Online exam 2017 Analysis: JEE online paper-I lengthy but of average difficulty

JEE Main Online exam 2017 Paper-I has been conducted today from 09.30 – 12.30 while the second shift would be conducted from 2 Pm-5 PM. The JEE Main online examination would be held over two days. The students who appeared for the exam stated that there were technical issues, however they were resolved. The students also stated that the JEE  online paper was of lengthy but of average difficulty.  The topics which were asked were from topics such as Dimensional Analysis,Gravitation & Electrostatics, Current Electricity & Heat Transfer, Electromagnetic Induction, Waves & Sound, Geometrical Optics , Thermodynamics, Kinetic Theory of Gases, Rotational Dynamics.

For the JEE Main Online Exam 2017, there were enough buffer computers available at the examination centers to take care of such problems and if candidate is provided the the time lost in change of system will be duly compensated as each and every second will be recorded by the server. The questions appeared on the computer screen along with the answer options. Instruction page were also displayed before the actual test begins. This time of reading of instructions will not be part of examination duration.

The important topics  which were asked for JEE Main Online exam paper-I of the Mathematics paper were of Inverse Trigonometric Functions, Circles and Family of Circles,  Sequence and Series, Ap 3-D Geometry, Probability and Statistics, Vector Algebra, Integration  – (Definite + Indefinite integration), Complex Numbers, Parabola and Trigonometric Ratios, Logarithms, Quadratic Equations, theory of equations, set relations and functions, Differentiation.

The important topics in Chemistry which included Chemical Bonding & the periodic table, Carbonyl Compounds & their derivatives, Redox reactions, Mole Concept & the concept of equivalents, Solid state, solutions & gases theory, Thermochemistry & the Second Law of Thermodynamics
